How a South Florida ABA therapy practice started getting recommended by AI
A Medicaid-approved ABA therapy and counseling practice serving families in English and Spanish across South Florida. Parents research for weeks before choosing a provider, more and more of them by asking ChatGPT or Google's AI.
The challenge
Families were asking AI tools about Medicaid coverage, how to start ABA and what to expect, and the practice wasn't the answer.
What we did
- Built a bilingual blog answering the exact questions parents ask, each article fact-checked and reviewed by the practice before publishing.
- Published the practice's facts in a format AI tools can read, so they describe it correctly.
- Tracked ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI answers every week, and wrote a page for every question where the practice was missing.
- Kept its Google and directory listings consistent.
Results (as of November 2, 2026)
- AI tools mention the practice on 19 of 97 tracked questions
- About 100 visitors in 30 days came straight from AI answers, almost all from ChatGPT
- 21 new articles published in 30 days
- Visitors clicked a call-to-action 21% of the time
- #2 on Google Maps for its main service around its location
- AI tools recognize the business by name: 100/100
