What we collect
When you fill out the contact form on our website, we collect the name, email, phone number (optional), and short description of what you need help with that you submit. We do not run third-party advertising trackers or analytics that profile you across the web.
How we use it
We use what you send us only to reply to your inquiry and to decide whether we are a good fit to work together. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it is stored
Contact form submissions are stored in our managed backend database. Access to that data is restricted so it is not readable by website visitors or signed-in users directly. Only Vecino Marketing staff acting through our trusted server-side code can read submissions in order to respond to you.
Security practices we use today
- All traffic to this website is served over HTTPS.
- The contact form uses server-side validation and a honeypot field to reduce spam submissions.
- Row-level access rules on our database deny direct access to contact submissions from anonymous and signed-in users.
- Service credentials and API keys are kept in server-side secret storage, not in client code.
Retention and deletion
We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to follow up with you and to keep a record of who we have talked with. If you want your information removed, email us and we will delete it.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Essential cookies may be used by the platform that hosts the site to keep it running.
Shared responsibility
Vecino Marketing is responsible for how we collect and respond to your information. Our hosting platform is responsible for the underlying infrastructure, including network security and platform-level controls. Nothing on this page should be read as a certification, audit result, or legal compliance guarantee.
